This one day course will provide participants with an understanding of why they must "work safely". This course is suitable for people at any level in any sector and focuses on why health and safety is important and how you can make a difference to your wellbeing.
This course aims to meet employers legal requirements to provide health & safety awareness training to its staff.

2. Defining hazards and risks
3. Identifying common hazards in the workplace
4. Improving safety performance
5. Protecting our environment
End of course assessments:
1. A 10 question, multiple-choice assessment paper
(15 mins)
2. Three hazard spotting exercises (15 mins)
